SahiCourse exists to help learners choose better. That mission only works when every review, every provider profile, and every user interaction on our platform is safe, respectful, and honest. This policy explains how we protect our community and what we expect from everyone who uses SahiCourse.
Our commitments
We work continuously to keep SahiCourse a fair marketplace of ideas and experiences. That means:
- Every review is backed by proof of enrollment
- Providers cannot pay to remove, edit, or hide reviews
- Rankings are not sold, promoted, or influenced by advertisers
- Our moderation team reviews every report within 72 hours
- We publish clear reasons whenever we act on a review, profile, or account
What we ask from learners
When you write a review, join a discussion, or interact with providers on SahiCourse, please:
- Share only your own first-hand experience of a course
- Attach genuine, unaltered proof of enrollment
- Be honest — highlight the good and the bad
- Stay respectful, even in a negative review
- Do not share personal information about instructors, classmates, or other users
- Do not post the same review multiple times or on behalf of anyone else
What we ask from providers
Providers who claim a profile on SahiCourse agree to:
- Respond to reviews publicly, not privately pressure reviewers
- Never offer incentives (money, discounts, upgrades) in exchange for positive reviews
- Keep course information accurate and up to date
- Report suspicious reviews through the correct moderation channels — not by mass-flagging
- Treat learner feedback as an opportunity to improve, not an attack to defeat
Content we do not allow
The following content violates our community standards and will be removed:
- Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment of any kind
- Threats, doxxing, or personal attacks
- Sexually explicit or graphic material
- Spam, promotional content, or affiliate links disguised as reviews
- Reviews written in exchange for payment or other benefits
- Reviews written by bots, agencies, or people who never enrolled in the course
- Fabricated or manipulated proof documents
- Content that violates any applicable law
How we moderate
SahiCourse uses a combination of automated checks and human review to keep the platform safe.
Enrollment-proof review
When you submit a review, our team checks that your uploaded document matches the course you are reviewing. We look at format, dates, and basic authenticity — not the private details of your enrollment.
Community reporting
Every review has a Report button. Any user can flag a review for spam, personal attacks, incorrect facts, or other violations. Reports are reviewed within 72 hours.
Provider verification
Providers who claim their profile go through a verification step so that only authorized representatives can respond to reviews.
What happens when a policy is broken
Depending on the severity and history of the violation, SahiCourse may:
- Ask the author to edit the review
- Remove the review or provider response
- Restrict the user's ability to post new reviews or replies
- Temporarily suspend the account
- Permanently ban repeat offenders and take legal action where warranted
We aim to be transparent. When we remove content, the author is notified with a clear reason and — where appropriate — an option to appeal.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, you can appeal by replying to the notification you receive or by writing to [trust@sahicourse.com](mailto:trust@sahicourse.com). Appeals are reviewed by a moderator who was not involved in the original decision.
Reporting a safety concern
If you see content that puts a person or group at risk, please report it immediately.

Cooperation with law enforcement
SahiCourse will cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement in the jurisdictions where we operate. We will notify affected users when we are legally permitted to do so.
Changes to this policy
As SahiCourse grows, our safety practices will evolve. We will update this page whenever meaningful changes are made and, where appropriate, notify users inside the platform.
